Features of Pleats Filter

Long life

It takes longer for the filter media to become clogged, and a larger amount can be filtered, which has the advantage of reducing the number of filter usage.

Capable of fluid pass at high flow rate

Since the pressure drop is low and a large flow rate can be flowed, the filtration time can e shortened.

Abundant filter media configuration

Since a wide variety of filter media can be freely combined in one product, it is possible to design and develop according to various applications.

EBy adding pore size gradient*, a long life is realized.

* pore size gradient : The opening of each layer is gradually made finer from the inlet side to the outlet side to prevent clogging in a single layer.

In particular, there are many actual products in [Removal of Gel-like substances], [High Viscous Fluids Filtration] and [Classification Filtration*] .

All products are subjected to performance inspection.

Upon request, we can also propose products flushing that drastically reduce fiber shedding from the filter.

Heat-welded polypropylene with excellent solvent resistance and no adhesives are used, thus there is no need to concern about elution.

* Classification Filtration : Efficient separation and recovery of particles larger or smaller than a specific particle size.

Outer Diameter of 83 mm has a filtration area about 1.5 times compared to that of Outer Diameter of 70 mm, and is excellent in service life and cost performance.

By slitting the housing, the liquid level can be checked.

The capsule case has a handle on the top for easy removal.

By installing a small window for label confirmation, it is possible to check the lot number even during liquid flow.

The polypropylene capsule case has a built-in pleated filter, eliminating the need for housing.

All filter series can be encapsulated.

All products are subjected to performance and airtightness inspections.

The size can be selected according to the application (processing amount).

Ideal for low-volume production, lab-scale testing, and do on.

Heat-welded polypropylene with excellent solvent resistance and no adhesives or sealants are used, thus there is no need to concern about elution.
